This has been a recent development ever since the landlord of the premises asked proprietors of the studio to find another place as he intends to renovate and use his Nsambia property for family accommodation.
According to the producer DJ Poppa who is also a director at the label, this has come untimely since the proprietors were already putting up permanent residence for the studios but he says there are always such uncomfortable situations in the studio business.

He also adds that all the equipment have been shifted to Pajulu trading center, just after the British American tobacco (B.A.T) warehouse. It is a much smaller space than what we occupied in Nsambia but we have to put up with it for the meantime as our permanent residence takes shape. Poppa concluded
Asked if any other changes come along with the new premises, the producer hints that management will soon formulate new policies on the terms of working with artists under the label and also asserts that their clients be informed that music recording fee has been hiked form 100,000 to 150,000 effective immediately.
