Free Boy hints on dropping new music

Gossip| The Northern Link UG. West Niles’ biggest musical asset Mandela Adams known as Free boy of the famous Kwata esimu household tune has come out to tease of a new upcoming single. Free boys’ ‘Kwata esimu’ remix featuring the chubby and sexy Winnie Nwagi of Swangz Avenue had become the official quarantine anthem during the first lockdown and got the R&B singer a country wide applaud. Free boy went ahead to do ‘Touch me slow’ which only fueled the fire giving him massive following both on traditional and digital media.

However the singer has ever since been silent about more music which possibly is a marketing strategy to give room for his earlier hits to circulate. Latest information now indicates that the Viva entertainment signed singer is ready to drop new music. He took to his social media platforms to announce his new single dubbed ‘Turn it up’ on Monday, along with a teaser of the music video.

The said musical piece is said to have been produced by Josh man of Malcom records who has been Free boys’ official producer and the video shot by Jordan Hoechlin and Steve sugar both of whom have been working with the singer in the past.

Free boys’ musical career started way back in the 2000’s with Baboon forest entertainment as a rapper and back up singer. He later moved back to Arua in 2010 where embarked on his career as a singer and got recognized for singles like Magic, Alemi, Leta and others.

He recorded Kwata esimu as a single in 2019, the same year he was signed to Viva entertainment that boosted his marketing in the central region and got him Winnie Nwagi on the remix. Things have never remained the same for Mandela ever since. He is arguably the most organized musical figure in the Northern region thanks to Viva entertainment and continues to sail higher, setting a standard for the rest of the entertainers in the region.
